The Prologue chapter of Zenless Zone Zero is incredibly complex from a page-making perspective.
There is a main over-arching commission that serves as a catch-all for all open-world based dialogue, no matter which Episode it happens in, leading to an extremely confusing web of dialogue linking to specific Episodes, linking to the main commission, linking to an HDD commission, linking back, etc.
In order to allow the Wiki to be as readable and user-friendly as possible, the open-world dialogue and commissions have been put on the Episode pages that they technically belong to.
