Critical Hit Rate, abbreviated in-game to CRIT Rate, is a stat that tells the player how likely an attack (such as a Basic Attack) is going to CRIT.
CRIT Guarantee[]
The main way to guarantee a CRIT in all cases, is to have 100% CRIT Rate on an Agent, however this can easily lead to an overflow (or excess), if external factors such as W-Engine effects, or other Agents' skills are not factored into the equation. Having over 100% CRIT Rate does not provide any further bonuses, nor does it increase the DMG of a CRIT.
Some Agents also have methods to guarantee a CRIT, without needing to rely on CRIT Rate, such as Jane Doe's Core Passive: Insight, provided Jane herself has at least 375 Anomaly Proficiency.
