A custom stun W-Engine made for an Automaton referencing the combat style and abilities of one. Energy is stored within, then lashes outwards upon conversion. The texture seeks to imitate fine artistry that was once highly sought after in ancient civilizations: Burn to procure what is sleek and elegant, shatter to create what is unyielding and sharp; this heat-proof pot bears a sacred bird shape with, as its name suggests, a unique pattern of ice-cracked celadon... but actually that pattern was drawn on.
"It fares well in preserving temperature, and I can drink hot water whenever I need even in a Hollow." —Qingyi, giving her honest and carefully contemplated review.
Similarly to Qingyi's Exclusive Channel Untainted Jade, The Chinese name of this W-Engine is taken from the second verse of the poem 代白頭吟Dài Báitóu Yín by writer Bao Zhao, who lived during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. This verse in particular (清如玉壺冰qīng rú yù hú bīng) prescribes that a person of ideals and integrity must be as unsullied and uncorrupted as the ice (冰bīng) that forms inside a jade jug (玉壺yù hú). For the Exclusive Channel, Zenless Zone Zero has adapted the verse to use Qingyi's 青Qīng as the first character instead, playing on the homophony of the two words, changing the meaning to "as green as the ice inside a jade jug": her signature W-Engine is thus the 玉壺青冰Yù Hú Qīng Bīng, "Jade Teapot's Green Ice".
