Drive Discs are items in Zenless Zone Zero that can be equipped on Characters to increase their Stats. These are the equivalent of Artifacts in Genshin Impact and Relics in Honkai: Star Rail.
Drive Discs can be obtained by tuning Master Copies in the Music Store (a.k.a. "Bardic Needle") or by participating in Routine Cleanup missions. The Travel System can be used to teleport to these locations immediately.
