- Soukaku's nightmare is actually the truth: to end the Oni rebellion against New Eridu and save the Oni from massacre, Yanagi and the Oni leader struck a deal, according to which she killed the leader so that the Defense Force would have considered the rebellion case closed, got the leader's blood transfused into her, and took the Oni clan to safety, as shown in Tsukishiro Yanagi's Character Teaser, "Oni Guardian."[1]

- ↑ The confusion lies in the fact that in Chinese, Soukaku calls Yanagi 柳姐 Liú-jiě, "Sis Yanagi", so when she talks about the Oni leader, who she used to call older sister too (姐姐 jiějie), it sounds like she said "Sister Nagi killed Sister". The Proxy, not knowing about the existence of other "sisters" in Soukaku's life, assumes the second instance of Sister is still referred to Yanagi.
