Resonium (plural: Resonia) is a game system in Zenless Zone Zero, found in the form of cards that provide various buffs and/or debuffs for Agents and Bangboo. While primarily found within Hollow Zero, Resonia can also be found within certain special commissions.
General[]
Within Hollow Zero, Resonia can be acquired from various different events within Withered Domain, Lost Void and Arpeggio Fault.
Outside of Hollow Zero, Resonia can be found in special HDD Commissions, such as Rally Commissions, and they can also be found in Notorious Hunt. In these gamemodes, Resonia are typically picked up as items from the ground, shown as a large floating disc with a question mark on its face. Resonia are also available in the Infinite Abyss commission from exploration of the Monitor Array, in similar fashion as in Hollow Zero.
Resonia acquired from outside of Hollow Zero's Withered Domain or Lost Void do not show up in Ray's Research Log's Resonium Database and do not contribute to any potential rewards.
Types of Resonia[]
[Critical][]
Critical Resonia enhance the squad's ability to deal Critical damage.
[Duel][]
Duel Resonia provide enhancements to the squad's stun abilities and Chain Attacks.
[Dodge][]
Dodge Resonia provide enhancements to dodges, Perfect Dodge, and dodge counters.
[Energy][]
Energy Resonia improves the squad's ability to generate Energy for skills as well as Decibels for ultimates.
[Shield][]
Shield Resonia improves the squad's ability to withstand damage, through both enhancing DEF as well as the creation of Shields that absorb incoming damage in place of an Agent's HP.
[Onslaught][]
Onslaught Resonia enhances the squad's ability to deal Physical DMG.
[Ignite][]
Ignite Resonia improves the squad's ability to deal Fire DMG.
[Shock][]
Shock Resonia enhances the squad's ability to deal Electric DMG.
[Freeze][]
Freeze Resonia enhances the squad's ability to deal Ice DMG.
[Assist][]
Assist Resonia enhance the squad's Assist Skills.
[Ether][]
Ether Resonia enhances the squad's ability to deal Ether DMG.
[Synergy][]
Synergy Resonia improve the abilities of the squad's Bangboo.
[Tenacity][]
Tenacity Resonia enhance the squad's ability to gain shields, gain energy and regenerate HP.
[Hollow][]
Hollow Resonia can directly modify how the squad interacts with events and hazards within Hollow Zero's Monitor Array. Hollow Resonia cannot be catalyzed, and do not have Advanced Resonia available.

[Research][]
Research Resonia are automatically acquired upon starting a mission in Hollow Zero at higher difficulty levels, with the specific Research Resonia given tied to a specific Zone within Hollow Zero. Research Resonia can only be catalyzed by that Zone's unique NPC upon achieving certain conditions.
[Artifice][]
Artifice Resonia are unique to Hollow Zero. When acquired, they provide a debuff to the player's squad for a set duration, either after two combat encounters, or until players exit the current floor by defeating the floor boss. Once the Artifice Resonium's duration expires, it undergoes a "Resonium Remake", which replaces the debuff with a significant buff.

General Resonia provide miscellaneous utility buffs for the squad. General Resonia cannot be catalyzed, and have no Advanced versions available.
[Ally][]
Ally Resonia are used to summon additional temporary Bangboo into Hollow Zero, allowing up to three Bangboo to be fielded at once. Acquiring additional Bangboo beyond the third one will require players to replace one of their existing Bangboo with a new one.
[Affinity][]
Affinity Resonia are Resonia that enhances the ability of specific Agents.

Combat Resonia are Resonia that were available in Version 0.13, however are not available as of Version 1.0.
