The Critical Node is a recurring combat challenge in Shiyu Defense. Players must create two separate teams of Agents and Bangboo to tackle challenging stages that refresh on Friday every two weeks.

- Contains 7 stages of increasing difficulty
- Requires two separate combat teams
- Features unique combat buffs and stage effects
- Refreshes with new challenges every 15 days
- No time limit for completing stages
