Use the Perception Technique to investigate suspicious targets
- Investigate the "mysterious launch device"
- Investigate the "alien architectural ruins"
Return to the resort and have Eous analyze the clues

Commission Description

Eous and their Bangboo friends seem to be still discussing the alien situation. Let's go check out what they're talking about.

Head to the Carefree Apartments in the Lemnian Hollow to find the suspicious target we need to investigate.
