The Creator is a mentioned NPC, and is presumed to be the leader of the Exaltists, who adore Them as a deity.[Note 2] They are also referred to as Lord of Hope.[1]
Profile[]
Not much is known about The Creator, aside from the fact that the night before the fall of Old Eridu, Carole Arna was abducted by one of Their hands while the Helios Academy was under siege by mysterious armed groups and monsters, presumably Exaltists;[2] moreover, They have recently helped the Order to test Elixir P07, which is able to successfully turn humans into powerful entities known as Sacrifices. The Exaltists are depicted as regularly invoking The Creator's name in a prayer of refinement as a form of blessing.[3] They are said to personally choose the next Overseer, apparently on the basis of who would better suit Their plans.[4]
Notes[]
- ↑ Exaltists refer to the Creator as They, as a translation of the Chinese 祂, a gender-neutral pronoun used for deities only. This choice is coherent with the one made for Aeons in Honkai: Star Rail.
- ↑ This is further proved by the Chinese usage of 主 zhǔ, "Lord", which is normally used to define the god of a monotheistic religion, like Christianity, Catholics or Islam.
