Trivia[]
- During exploration, players can find several event tiles that give a letter of a passcode, specifying the letter position in the word. By putting the clues together, the passcode turns out to be "CHESSBOARD."
- On 98F-b (Laboratory Ruins 4b 5/6), the player will find a locked door that requires a passcode. however, the door breaks down after entering the first letter of the password, making the clue collection process seemingly useless. Nonetheless, when on 99F-b (Laboratory Ruins 5b), the player can either immediately exit on the left or tear down a series of walls on the right by using 7 bombs, which can be obtained only by randomizing the Tech Buffs in the Chapter 4 Tech Tree. Destroying the walls reveals a large area with a pattern of numerous empty chests, which disappear once hit. If the player is able to remove only the extra chests and leave "CHESSBOARD" spelt out in the pattern, they will be rewarded with a short cinematic of the letters lighting up and the camera panning over the message from the devs: "THANKS SO MUCH FOR PLAYING OUR GAME ❤️."
